Harriet Torode
Head Receptionist
Harriet came to Knotts Yard in the summer of 2020, where she volunteered to carryout some administrative duty whilst she was on her summer break from her Teaching Assistant role, she liked Knotts Yard so much she stayed.
Harriet joined our reception team and progressed to Head Receptionist in 2022. Harriet loves to challenge herself and has been studying for the last few years and has almost completed a Diploma in Veterinary Client Care. Harriet has also completed numerous CPD course, including attending a congress in Leicestershire with the British Veterinary Receptionist Association. October 2024 Harriet became our Accounts Administrator whilst still being our Head Receptionist and supporting her team. Harriet loves interacting with clients and patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, fitness, clay pigeon shooting, watching rugby and anything to do with outdoors.
