Payment terms and insurance claims
Payment for all treatment at the surgery is to be made when you leave. An administration charge of £25 will be added to any account that is outstanding after this time.
Payment methods
Our bank details can be found on your statement. If you need any assistance please call us.
Cheques to be made payable to Knotts Yard Veterinary Practice.We also accept all major Debit Card, Credit Cards and cash payments.
Insurance claims
An admin fee of £15 is charged to complete any new claim form. There will however be no charge for completing subsequent claim forms for ongoing conditions.
You will be expected to settle your bill in full at time of treatment and then make a claim for reimbursement from your insurance company. You can hand in your insurance form at reception once you have completed your section of it.
We will then process and complete your form and send it directly to your insurance company, unless you have specified otherwise.
In special circumstances a direct claim can be done and to arrange this please ask to speak The Practice Manager to have this authorised. If the claim is to be paid direct to Knotts Yard Veterinary Practice the insurance excess will be required upfront.
